Future Work

Under Construction

This project aims to validate a framework for creating assistive technology based on user data to curate food-related resources and video lessons for the ASD population. By collecting detailed food preferences and sensory sensitivities, we can develop the "Ed-Able Foods Application" and the "Smart Kart" in-store model, enhancing individuals' daily practices and quality of life.

Initially, we will test this technology within a small group. As data accumulates, we will refine and expand the system. The application will cater to individual dietary needs, restrictions, allergens, and preferences.

This initiative bridges utility, functionality, accessibility, and branding, ultimately creating a versatile resource that enhances daily dietary practices for all users.
