Empowering ASD Students through Food Education

  • 18 Steps

About

Join our course at Ed-Able Foods to empower students within the ASD population by enhancing their self-efficacy and independence through food and nutrition education. As experts in supporting individuals on the Autistic Disorder Spectrum, we offer a comprehensive curriculum that includes video lessons, recipe cards, interactive surveys, data collection, feedback, and cooking videos tailored to address sensory relationship issues. Our average complexity course focuses on promoting occupational therapeutic practices to enrich students' lives, with a unique emphasis on understanding sensory stimuli related to food. By enrolling in this program, participants will not only gain valuable knowledge and skills in food preparation and nutrition but also develop a deeper understanding of sensory experiences and how they relate to everyday life. Join us in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and independence for ASD students in their culinary journey.
